FCCERS-R is a user-friendly assessment tool used to measure the quality of the learning environment.  After completing this training, participants will be able to use the tool for program self-assessment and improvement planning. In addition, practitioners will be aware of FCCERS-R linkage to national accreditation, Illinois Early Learning and Development Standards (IELDS) and ExceleRate™ Illinois, Illinois’ quality rating and improvement system.
